1. Processing Time
All orders are processed, packed, and prepared for dispatch within 2–3 business days of order confirmation. Processing time may vary based on the availability of the selected variant (size/colour). During sales, peak seasons, or high-demand launches, processing may take an additional 1–2 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
2. Domestic Shipping (Pan India)
Once your order is dispatched, estimated delivery time is 1–7 business days depending on your location within India. Metro cities typically receive orders faster. Remote areas and certain pin codes may require additional transit time.
A tracking link will be sent to your registered email and/or phone number once shipping is initiated, allowing you to monitor your order status in real time.
3. International Shipping
We currently ship internationally to select countries. Estimated delivery time for international orders is 10–26 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the destination country and customs clearance times.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by their country's customs authority. Kashiba Ü is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight. We periodically offer free shipping promotions — check our website or follow us on Instagram for updates.
5. Delays
Kashiba Ü is not liable for shipping delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, strikes, customs holds, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please reach out to us at hello@kashibau.com and we will do our best to assist.
