1. Return Window

We accept return requests within 3 days of confirmed delivery. After 3 days from the delivery date, we are unable to process return requests. Please ensure you raise your return request promptly through our contact page or email.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Original tags and packaging must be intact
  • Item must not have been washed, altered, or damaged by the customer
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided

We do not accept returns on sale items, customised pieces, or items marked as final sale.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at kashiba.u.official@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number, item name, and reason for return
  3. Our team will respond with return shipping instructions within 24–48 hours
  4. Pack the item securely and ship it back using the instructions provided

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item sent.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it. Refunds are processed only after the product has been successfully received and inspected by our team. This process typically takes 3–5 business days from the date of receipt.

If the return is approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

If the item is found to not meet our return eligibility criteria upon inspection, we reserve the right to decline the refund and return the item to you.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at kashiba.u.official@gmail.com with photographs of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
